Our meetings team is hard at work from home, putting together a fantastic event that will deliver an outstanding in-person and virtual conference experience. Please use this page to find answers to your immediate questions. We’ll continue updating the information as we know more.

GRx+Biosims 2021 Overview

To keep our community healthy and safe during this public health crisis, we are staging a completely virtual GRx+Biosims 2021 from wherever you choose to be.

As a result of the current growth of the Delta variant of COVID-19 cases in the region and the ongoing public health emergency, we are staging GRx+Biosims 2021 as a virtual conference for the health and safety of our attendees and community. 

Virtual Conference Experience

A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the internet. It allows attendees to access events in real time and follow presentations from their computers or mobile devices. Attendees participate through a conference website designed for the virtual conference. Participants watch conference presentations and participate with questions and comments in real time via the conference website.

We are offering a variety of panels across three days of insights and ideas on issues vital to the generics and biosimilars industry. We will still have the same ambitious programming you have come to expect with live sessions and manufacturer and sponsor/exhibitor presentations.

Educational tracks will assist you in creating your own customized curriculum.

All sessions will feature speakers in livestreaming broadcasts. You will see the speaker and his or her PowerPoint slides (if the speaker has slides).

Other features include live Q&A, custom handouts, polling questions and post-event survey questions.

Our meeting platform will enable you to contact fellow registered attendees and schedule meetings with others, including exhibitors. There will also be breaks, virtual happy hour events and more opportunities to mingle. Stay tuned!

AAM will send you an email to enter the virtual conference, have a walk around the space and take your front-row seat. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is current so there is no delay in receiving our communications.

Yes. All recordings will be available immediately upon the conclusion of the meeting on November 10.

To participate, you need an internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend you join the conference using Google Chrome as the supported internet browser. Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari are not recommended as some functions, such as chat, are not fully supported.

Yes. Whether you’re at your desk or as far away from it as possible, the virtual conference will allow you the freedom to connect and network from any device. The mobile platform is compatible with the iOS, Windows and Android operating systems.

Sponsorship and Exposition

Yes. The exhibit hall will be a fun and interactive way to connect with products and services covering every aspect of the industry. Vendors are eager to share their industry know-how and keep you up to date on the latest health care industry trends. The virtual exhibit hall will give you the opportunity to engage in private and public chats, download materials, view videos and much more.

The great news is that AAM will have the ability to feature and include sponsors and exhibitors in the event both in person and virtually. We will work in partnership with each sponsor and exhibitor to shape an experience that delivers the same or greater value as you would have at the live event. Exhibitors will also be able to capture information from attendees who visit their booth in the virtual platform. Please contact Aquera Agee for more information.

  • Non-member Fee – $1099 
  • Government Fee –$500  

Standard Rate 

  • AAM / Biosimilars Council Member Fee – $1,099 
  • Nonmember Fee – $1,399 
  • Government Fee – $500 

Please contact Aquera Agee to inquire about nonprofit rates.

We will provide refunds with a $300 processing fee. All cancellation requests must be sent to Aquera Agee by October 25, 2021. After this date, no refunds are allowed. 

For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference. The credits earned, questions asked and polling conducted within that single log-in session are all tied to the account of the individual who purchased the virtual event.

Yes. If you can’t attend the meeting, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Please email Aquera Agee.
