Yes, we are still planning to hold an in-person event in 2021. We’ll share more details soon.

Virtual Conference Experience

A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the Internet. It allows attendees to access events in real time and follow presentations from their computers or mobile devices. Attendees participate through a conference website designed for the virtual conference. The site is where you will watch conference presentations and participate with questions and comments in real time.

We are offering a variety of panels across three days of insights and ideas on issues vital to the generic and biosimilar medicines industry. We will still have the same ambitious programming you have come to expect with a mix of live and on-demand sessions, as well as manufacturer  and sponsor/exhibitor presentations.

Educational tracks will assist you in creating your own customized curriculum.

The virtual meeting will allow more flexibility for both networking and learning. Recorded content will be available during the meeting, along with live sessions and on-demand sessions. Attendees will be able to participate from whereever they are. All you need is an Internet connection to be right there with us.

All sessions will feature speakers in live-streaming broadcasts. You will see the speaker and his or her PowerPoint slides (if the speaker has slides).

An on-demand video library will provide videos to view at the beginning or end of the day or during breaks, to add variety and engagement.

Other features include live Q&A, custom handouts, polling questions, post survey questions, CEU testing and video closed captioning.

Our meeting platform will enable you to contact fellowregistered attendees and schedule meetings with others, including exhibitors. There will also be breaks, fireside chats, virtual happy hour events and more opportunities to mingle. Stay tuned!

AAM will send you a welcome kit with all the information you’ll need to enter the virtual conference, have a walk around the space and take your front-row seat. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is current so there is no delay in receiving our communications.

Yes. All recordings will be available immediately upon the conclusion of the meeting on November 11.

To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend you join the conference using a supported Internet browser, which includes Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer is not recommended as some functions, such as chat, are not fully supported.

Yes. Whether you’re at your desk or as far away from it as possible, the virtual conference will allow attendees to have the freedom to connect and network from any device. The mobile platform is compatible with the iOS, Windows and Android operating systems.

Sponsorship, Exposition and Speakers

Yes. The exhibit hall will be a fun and interactive way to connect with products and services covering every aspect of the industry. These vendors are eager to share their industry know-how and keep you up to date on the latest health care industry trends. The virtual exhibit hall will give you the opportunity to engage in private and public chats, download materials, view videos and much more.

The great news is that AAM will have the ability to virtually feature and include sponsors and exhibitors in the event. We will work in partnership with each sponsor and exhibitor to shape an experience that delivers the same or greater value as you would have at the live event. Exhibitors will also be able to capture information from attendees who visit their booth. Please contact Aquera Agee at Aquera.Agee@accessiblemeds.org for more information.

As a speaker, you are able to provide industry professionals with a better understanding of the regulatory and biosimilar environment and new COVID and supply chain challenges that may affect  approvals and speed to market. Speakers receive free access to the conference and build their thought leadership and brand in the pharmaceutical and health care industry. Learn more about speaker requirements and options.

Registration and Fees

The cost to register for the virtual conference is lower than in years past for the in-person conference. In addition, potential savings are added from attending virtually, as you won’t need to book travel and lodging accommodations.
