Sarah D’Orsie

Sarah D’Orsie joined Fresenius Kabi in 2019 and currently leads the U.S. Government Affairs and Policy Team on public policy analysis, strategy and advocacy campaigns, including issues of patient accessibility of low-cost medicines, biosimilar market adoption, coverage, coding, payment, and contracting, supply chain economics, the sustainability and growth of the generics industry, tax, trade, regulatory pathways, and intellectual property. Before joining Fresenius Kabi, Sarah worked for several branded biopharmaceutical companies, in areas such as market access, government affairs, and health economics and outcomes research. Sarah also spent time working with and for physicians at the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), and for patients at the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA). Sarah spent the first part of her career as professional staff for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee under Chairman Tom Davis (R-VA).

Sarah graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and attends most home football and basketball games with her fellow Terrapin Club members. She hails from York, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Northern Virginia with her border collie, Dutch (short for “Pennsylvania Dutch”).
